But once more, I am NOT an official representative of any of them. For the purpose of this presentation, I'd also like to recognize that every situation is different, but most of these tips will assist students with any version of what I refer to as the GI Bill, whether it be chapter 30, 33, 35, 1606, or 1607. Whatever your educational and technical goal may be, most GI bills give the majority of our students 36 months of entitlement. Getting a single AAA or certificate is attainable within 36 months. It becomes more difficult when we look at obtaining a bachelor's degree on the ideal pattern. A student tests into college-ready courses, knows exactly what their goal is, enrolls in fall, spring, and summer, and completes their four-year degree in four years after at least 40 months of schooling. Even on an idealized pathway, 36 months doesn't cut it. The reality is that many of our students are either unsure of what their career goal is and therefore take exploratory courses, or they test into remedial courses and must take additional courses to be college-ready or they're engaged in stem majors which have a heavy number...
